Oh, to ride again but alas I can't. I have no balance. I have a 125 Yamaha that I can't even turn around in the street without putting My foot down then I almost spill it.

This one has been lowered and some custum things put on it, 9,500 miles on it.
I wouldn`t mind having one myself, maybe the 1800.

I had a 2003 VTX1300S......a most excellent scoot....I should have kept it, and saved a ton of money on the GoldWing and Harley. (I like where I'm at now, though)

Nice... I LOVE BIG Jap V-Twins and that Honda is a beauty.
I'm leaning toward an air-cooled 1670cc engine Road Star but in my dreams as I can't afford a Schwinn at the moment

Thanks guys, my son is real picky about keeping things nice so if he keeps it under 100 and don`t hit a deer, or lay it down on sand in a corner, or get drunk and crash or or or
His problem is his eyes are bigger than his wallet and the banks give money out to easy.

I bought a new 02 Chief in 03, beautiful bike but total junk.
I had two engines, two overhauls and a new tranny before i sold mine , and i ride easy.
Lucky i bought a five year extended waranty that paid for all the fixes, they pushed it on the market before they worked the bugs out of it.
And of course went out of buisness again but now are back again and selling for a fortune.
If ya like i can list the majore problems with one, and who knows if they have yet to iron them all out.

The guys not buying Harley seem to be getting the Victory. Second hand info sez they are good scoots. I think I'll stick with Japanese scoots from now on. More power and better reliability.

I remember when i bought the Chief Indian put such a weak starter in the bike and guys were having Harley riders have to push start them
I love the old iron but if ya want to ride without worries buy Jap, heck There`s more American parts on a Goldwing than a Harley anyway.

It was a beauty all right and the power plus 100 engine was great but to many problems.
I rode it a couple years though.

Nice bike Doug, we had a 97 in dark blue, eventualy had it triked by motortrike inc.
Had the Coup body on it, real sharp and comfortable, traded it for that new Chief should of kept the trike.
