I recently found, and joined, this fine outfit. Hope I don't lower the standard too badly.
I have a Uberti '73 short rifle in .44WCF and greatly enjoy shooting it. I picked it up for CAS and have done most of my shooting with NCOWS groups.

I've had this rifle since the fall of 1996 and most of my shooting has been BP hand loads. My loads consist of a compressed charge of GOEX 3f behind a 200gr RNFP.
I found this site while doing some research into which '92 would be my best option for a all purpose rifle. It will probably not see much use as a CAS rifle, it's a bit late for the period I portray.
I have revolvers in both .45 Colt and .44WCF. I'm undecided which to go with for the '92, I'll likely end up with one in each.
From what I've read on this forum, I suspect I'll end up with a Rossi or three (or more).
