There was an outfit a while back that was selling wool hunting suits on the back cover of "Backwoodsman magazine" but they weren't the plaid style. Reminded me of a German hunting suit.

Nice pictures!

It's 36 degrees and 100% humidity here this morning.

Okay guys, both pictures taken in Michigan.

Picture one: Charles Langworthy Nov. 1939

Picture two: U.S. Federal Judge Arthur J. Tuttle 1937
Judge Tuttle was reportedly an avid Michigan deer hunter.

I think the car with the deer on the fender is a Willys, but I'm not sure. The one in the near background is a '35 Ford, not sure about the one with only one side showing.

I guess we can be pretty sure of one thing, everything in those
two pictures is God & American made, even the camera that
took the pictures

Yeah, the old slim and trim forend days for Marlin are long gone. It is a sweet looking rifle.
... I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick.

Ford had the tear drop head lights in 37, Willys started in 40.
