Yes, I said my piece in that thread, too, but in the end I support Hobie 100% because I LOVE LEVERGUN PORN and the related discussions. This Forum wouldn't be what it is without Hobie. And all you guys, too! (Even the grizzly curmudgeons like Sixgun!!! OK, Jack, I owe you a beer for that...maybe two! Now kidding aside...) We share so much here...the best of times and the worst of times..., pray for each other, and joke around. It's been a long winter, so LET'S POST SOME PORN!

Most of you know my favorite Winchester is the Model 71. L to R are a 1936 Deluxe, 1939 Std, 1956 Deluxe:



In addition to pre-64 Winchester lever actions I like early Sakos from the 1960s. The Sako Finnwolf is a beautiful lever action rifle. These four...2 in .243 Win and 2 in 308 Win...are fine examples with the earlier 4 round mag:



Small caliber Sako L-461 bolt action rifles from the 1960s also have caught my fancy. (You can see one later Sako 75 Varmint in this picture, too.)

My favorite 'family photo' - leverguns of several family members at a holiday get-together (we try to get together at someone's rural place so we can shoot - how else would a family celebrate...! ). The wives will spread the word on what food items to bring, and the husbands will spread the word on which firearms to bring. In this case, it was "Bring any Marlin leverguns you can lay hands on..."
