New-to-me Sharps!! (not OT, it has a lever)

Post by jnyork »

Got the Sharps 1875 from rjohns94 last Tuesday night, just now got to the point where I could take a post a pic. This is the one I won in the Christmas Eve Drawing. Going to get some ammo loaded up tomorrow and shoot it Wednesday morning, will try to post more pics from that expedition.

That's a beautiful rifle and you look like a proud owner. Now load up some ammo, go to the range and sight it in, and bag a nice trophy with it and post fotos!

jnyork,

Congratulations on the win. That's a beautiful rifle. Yeah, we need a range report with pics when you can.

Just don't let the Grinch get near it. You know how he likes to steel things from boys and girls

Joe
Joe, I love that Grinch, he is my buddy. Year ago, when the kids were little, we would always gather as a family to watch the Grinch that stole Christmas, and I would alway cheer for the Grinch to be successful just this once, but of course he never was. Got to be a family joke with us, still is.

I get pretty down in the dumps at Christmas time now, cant hardly wait for it to be over. My wife got that Grinch this year to cheer me up a little and it worked, he now reposes over my computer station full time and will remain there as a reminder to keep on smilin' no matter what.

Had a great Christmas this year, didnt ever say Bah Humbug even once. :D

rjohns94 and arjunky helped out quite a bit on that. Thanks again, fellers.
