OT prayer request for me

Well the day has come after fighting with bladder cancer for 6 years and four surgeries, I am going in today for a screening and if no new tumors...I don't have to be checked again for a year(checks aren't a lot of fun). I was in this boat several years ago and on the final exam before the "once a year" was to begin they found a new tumor, soooo if you got an extra prayer laying around I sure could use one for today at 3:30. Thanks Tom

Will do. My grandmother is going through the same thing right now. She had a kidney removed a couple years ago, and about a year later they found tumors on her bladder. She goes in for weekly chemo treatments. Though I haven't experienced it myself, she says they aren't a lot of fun. Prayers out for you.

YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! In less than three hours, 16 of you responded to a request for prayer from somebody you don't even know(well, we know each other sorta). NO TUMORS!!! The down side is there is 1 area that looks a little hinky but I had one of those removed before and it was benign, so I am not worried about it. He would not give me the "once a year" but I don't have to go back until MAY. The urine is sent off to be examined for cancer cells and if none is found tonight and then none is found in May he won't even have to remove the spot ... for a while. All in all a good report, and thank you all for the prayers. Tom
