Scope Mount Setup? Odd combinatio Rifle??

Just picked up a few Rifles, ones a Brno 7brojovka brno mod.502.10 Has a ODD one sided dovetail on the left hand side along with a milled angular square notch on the left hand side . I was trying to get information on this Firearm, the previous owner was a bit apprehensive to sell but... money talks I guess HA HA now i have another unusual combination Gun. It is a 12 gauge On Top Barrel and a 30-06 barrel underneath. I figured it would come apart and be esay to store in a small Plane along with my 17 foot custom collapsable 2 man Kayak. Anyhow it is a bugger to put back together, very precise fit indeed, Eurioopean craftsmen i guess,. I wanted to find a scope mount ring setup that was either perma mount or like a EAW style quick release mount system or equivalent. The eaw s scope mounts are the best ive seen so far BUT not much luck yet getting any scope mount information or where to buy. I know its not a Lever gun (my favorite) BUT its weird so I thought id ask here for help from the Pros. thanx Mike

You have to have a 'digital' camera, or a film/polaroid one that you can print a picture from then 'scan' it - but even a cell-phone camera can do it; I think in that case you just send the picture to yourself via email, then bring your email up in your computer.

There are rail mounts available - what width has the dovetail on the gun? Here is an axample for 14 mm:
