There is a fine line between hobby & obsession! AND... I'm over it!!
No I ain't ready, but let's do it anyway!
I like most everything out of the 80's with hair! Anything played on satellite radio on the "Hair Band" channel is what you will hear around my house on the weekends! I believe the best guitar work by far was/is being done by "Def Leppard". They are true masters of the art. I also find myself listening to a lot of Dokken...
GregT (I open the weight room at the high school each morning at 6AM and generally do an 80 minute squat workout while music from the 80's is pumped through the stereo.) (The athletes who don't like that music plug in their ipods...)
"Underneath our starry flag, civilize 'em with a Krag"
Impossible to answer. I have extremely broad tastes. With the exception of modern "country", rockabilly & teenybop I have about a half dozen of almost every genre imaginable from Mideavel Court Songs & Gregorian Chants through Israeli Goa/Psytrance.
My Truck Music is mostly louder stuff (noisy truck) in the Metal/Electronica/Goa mode where the car (quieter ride) has Jazz, Classical & 80s electro-acoustic.
If I had to pick any one or two groups that I listen to more than any other it would be an Israeli group called "Infected Mushroom" that is really undefinable in terms of genre/style, and Jethro Tull (all of it) ('nuff said).

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat." -Theodore Roosevelt-
Isnt it amazing how many people post without reading the thread?
Bluegrass, country, rock, rockabilly, ska. Can't really name too many artists though. I'm listening to the Nekromantix and Reverend Horton Heat at work right now.
