Accurizer......
Besides improving .22 accuracy.... does it increase how "hard " it hits??? Terminal energy???? Expansion?? That's what I got from the one revue I read.. just want to know if from those who have USED it on game/varmints etc.. if this is what you are experiencing??? I've had some less that impressive results using factory HP's on possums, raccoons etc... and looking for a better "hit"!!

I have had mine for about two yrs. now.
Do I use it?
Yes, but not all the time. It is time consuming to use.
Is there a ballistic improvement?
I don’t really know.
Is there an accuracy improvement?
I haven’t really noticed any one way or the other.
Is there a noticeable performance difference on game?
I have found a head/neck shot to be an Instant termination of life no
matter what style .22 LR bullet I am using.
I have actually gone back to using Win. Standard velocity match grade
Ammo. when I'm hunting tree rats with my Rem. 541S.
That round and rifle = absolute tack driver.
So bottom line, if I had to do it over again I probably wouldn't have
purchased the Accurizer.

I guess I'll chime in.
I only use my .22 rifle to control varmints who insist on raiding my vegetable garden and fruit trees. I use CB Longs to minimize noise out of consideration for the neighbors. The scope is sighted in at twenty yards for the CB Longs.
I noticed an improvement in groups the moment I started "Pacoizing" my CB's. Also, the CB's seem to leave the barrel with a more audible "snap" than they did before. Is this because the bullet fits the rifling tighter?
I found that hollow-pointing a CB bullet is a waste of time. It won't mushroom no matter what you shoot it into. Too underpowered.
I merely put a little dish-face into the bullet and it seems to hit the varmints with a louder "plunk" than unaltered CB bullets.
I haven't tried Pacoizing any more powerful .22 rounds because I don't go on hunting trips anymore and they're too loud to use for pest control. So, I don't know how they would work on game.
