When muscleing around one of my half scale cannons by myself, I can work up a pretty good sweat. But watching this video is amazing. Now these guys are in shape! I don't understand all of the history behind this amazing event, but it sounds like it is based upon an actual event in history. It takes a couple minutes to watch, but I think you will be impressed to.

I've seen them live a few times many years ago when we used to go to the Royal Tournament with the Boy Scouts, the races were VERY impressive and I remember them well
