I made it recently. I'm not of German heritage, but the meal looked good. Herr is one link I found that has several recipes.

It was time consuming to make them, but they tasted wonderful. Some people don't like the mustard and picles. ME? I liked it a lot. I used a dark, full grain mustard, but regular yellow French's mustard works well according to a lot of recipes.
The taste reminded me of a flame broiled Burger King Whopper... LOL Guess the King knew what he was doing.
