Custom hammer extensions for BL22, and Win, 94 ??

Post by Paul E. »

I bought a couple uncle mike's hammer extensions for my 2 leverguns, and had to fit and file for them to work, and am still not happy with them,
Does anyone have recomendations on where to buy high quality hammer extensions that have a factory fit and don't come loose?
Thanks, Paul

Bump for an interesting question...
If these walls could talk, I'd listen to the floor.

Yeah, does anyone do a make a trigger with the right angle extension incorporated or soldered/fit for "drop in fit" exuberance and joy?
My 1906 '93 Marlin got one nicely done, sometime in the distant past.

That is very well done Ray, but, it involves disassembling the gun, I was looking for an easier way to go about it.
I searched the net and got some idea's for clamp on spurs designed for other guns,
So I drilled and tapped the Uncle Mike's spur so that I now have 3 set screws instead of the one that came with it.
I am still not liking it yet, Will keep trying.

If it'll hold a radiator together (as it did on my first car, a slant-six '72 Plymouth Valiant), a hammer extension is a cakewalk...
