307---again

All this talk about 307's this morning has got me breathing hard again to own one. New one on the GunBroker starting bid is 995, is this too much? Maybe wait awhile and better deal come by? I never shopped for one before, and know they cost pretty high, but hate to get ripped.

Hi Bruce,

If you hang around here, and be patient(hard when you get a gun in your head!), you'll do MUCH, MUCH better price wise. You might get one near mint to boot, since so many did not fire them much because of ammo availability/cost.

I have probably seen at least 30 of them sell here and on the old forum, that I knew about. One should be a comin, if it's not here already 4 pages down or on the classifieds

The Big Bores are the nicest rifles ever "missed" by the shooting public. Too bad they got bad press.

Call the shop that has one in the 307 post a little down the page. I paid $500 for mine NIB 'bout 5-6yrs ago and would pay more than that now for one. But that just me. I think a grand is too much for me though.
