Citicorp refuses to process gun sales

Post by Texican »

I'll be closing my account. And that of my AT&T mastercard (owned by Citi)

http://accurateshooter.wordpress.com/20 ... nsactions/

More importantly I will write Citicorp to tell them WHY I will refuse to do business with them forevermore unless the policy is changed.

JimT has this above as a sticky.

You are right on the money - close the account AND let them know exactly why!

We should all get one of their cards and try buying a firearm from CDNN sports.

That class action suit would taste great and NOT be on the frivolous list.

IMO... what's just as bad is this story is spreading more and more all over the net, and keeps getting more and more incorrect. Just like the old telephone game.

The letter is here: http://www.nssf.org/share/images/letter.jpg

Citi is already being bombarded with the correct legal information, and in a day or so with back peddle, apologize and try and do damage control because some "idgit" didn't know as much as they thought they did.
Slow is just slow.

cas,

It's bad that this is spreading around the net?

I read the link ya posted and it looks as though it's good to have it on the net.

My apologies if I mistook anything, I haven't went to the CDNN site yet but assume
that they only ship to FFL's or the BATFE would have already been up their
yingyang with a microscope and spotlight.
