Yes, Win. made some SS barrels as far back as the 30`s IIRC. :)

Nice carbine. I've seen some pictures of 92 Winchesters with the stainless barrels too. Never seen one in person though.

I had no idea, but they used to offer full nickel way back in the day also.

I have a full octagon stainless barreled 94 rifle made in 1927. I'm told octagon barrels in stainless are rare.

Yes they are. Only the barrels were stainless in those guns. The balance is still carbon steel.

IF they ever resurrect the gold old 94 in South Carolina, hopefully an all-stainless steel version will be one of the variations.
