I always recommend Briley in Houston or Colonial Arms in Alabama. Both have excellent service and selection.

As mentioned, a new barrel is probably the most affordable route. I've spoken with Briley about having chokes installed in my old Ithaca 37, and IIRC, the cost was around $200. 1100 barrels that already have chokes installed have to be cheaper than that.

If I might ask, what is the current barrel length and choke?
