PMC Starfire .30-30 Ammo?

Post by nralover »

I just posted a reply to a thread about "favorite .30-30 ammo" and I decided to ask you fellas- does anyone have any of the old PMC Starfire that they would like to sell? I love the stuff and would like to stock pile some for deer season. Let me know, NRA

I can't help you with the .30-30 but I would buy all of the PMC Silverline +P+ 350gr. Honady FNSP .45-70 ammo I could lay my hands on. This stuff was GREAT! What happened to PMC anyway?

I don't care what the marketing types say, you simply CANNOT "buy high, sell low & make it up on the volume."

But, seriously: PMC Ammo.

A quote from the PMC web site:

"The selection of rifle specifications will be limited this year (2007) due to the decision to convert the production of its civilian rifle facility to military contracts. Future plans however include resurrecting, upgrading and expanding the production of these popular items."

Sounds encouraging.

:D I agree with Mojo, the Silver Line 350 grain 45-70 ammo is phenomenal. I 've managed to acrue 18 boxes over the past year and no they are not for sale, for any price. :D Hopefully PMC will bring it back.
