Check an auction site or two, but I'd go 450 if I was flush and wanting one real bad.

Several items will affect the value:
Trapper (16"), carbine (20") or Legacy (24")?
Pre-safety?
Angle eject?
Rebounding Hammer?

There were 44 carbines in the early 70s that I would pay a whole bunch more for than anything from the mid-80s forward, with safety version being the least desirable. There are a whole lot of iterations of these rifles.

Introduced in '69, all features the same as other calibers produced. Dropped in '72 IIRC, not re-introduced til USRA in Angle Eject. Value very dependent oon condition and what version, TE, AR or AE w/safety. Pictures are needed.

I recently paid 360 (plus 50 in FFL and shipping fees) for a "shooter condition" pre safety Marlin .44 with a 20" barell and a straight grip stock --- gun rode in a gun-rack and the wood was a little distressed, but the receiver, chamber, even blueing on the barrell were tip top.

They used to be equal in value roughly, but now with USRAC on a hiatus, id put a Winnie at $150 more than a Marlin --- more or less
