Coming from a former Army Dirt Dart Grunt, my favorite, "We're surrounded, good, the S.O.B.s wont get away this time! (Chesty Puller, USMC)" By the way, they didn't get away from him, either.

I have a variation of that on my desk - a sign that belonged to my father. I'll need to post a picture of it. It reads: "To err is human: to forgive is not my policy"!

That was one of my favorites and I posted a pic of it on the windscreen of my bike - reads -

TO ERR IS HUMAN
TO FORGIVE DEVINE
NEITHER IS MARINE CORPS POLICY

Image

It's small print but has been around as long as I have and - there's dirt around that's younger than I am

I'm not ex military (the action in Vietnam ended when I came of age to serve) so I won't add to the conversations except to say thanks to all that served our country.

Yep -I found mine at a gun show, interestingly enough. The other little bit of humor is the seat belt sticker that says "Buckle Up" - but, that's another story.
