Hope this isn't a duplication, but:

If you live in CA, you might want to see what your Federal Representatives did. I find that action reprehensible. And told each of them exactly that. You might wish to express some outrage also. I wonder just how they'll put a "spin" on this. Since I don't reside in CA, they won't respond to my emails.

I was a native born Californian who lived there until I was 62 years old. Shucks, they wouldn't respond when I sent them a personally typed letter.

You have to appreciate that in Kalifornia politicians are not inaugurated, they are coronated.
