Gut Pile Chilli with BEANS (Sorry)

Deer Heart boiled and sliced
Liver sliced and browned with garlic
Scrap meat from the belly and anywhere else ground up into hamburger mixed with bacon, browned in soy sauce.
Italian tomatoes diced.
2 cans red kiddney beans
1 can black beans
Hot sauce to taste.
Garlic and onion powder to taste.
Crockpot forever!!
Let cool outside overnight then crockpot again for eight hours.
Cube xtra sharp chedder and the strongest onion you can find, enjoy with a group of unsuspecting buddies. :twisted:

Let cool outside overnight then crockpot again for eight hours.
Sounds like you threw it out and then had second thoughts.

my EYES are watering...

hey, you forgot something:

Deer guts boiled and sliced
Liver sliced and browned with garlic
Scrap meat from the belly ground and mixed with bacon, browned in soy sauce.
Italian tomatoes diced
2 cans red kidney beans
1 can black beans
Hot sauce to taste.
Garlic and onion powder to taste.
1 170 grain lead bullet (fragmented)
Crockpot for 24-48 hours
Add melted brie, serve to a large group of California legislators.

Toss the leftovers in the back yard for the condors

Its sitting outside right now. I'm about to put it back in the crockpot and let it sit for another 8-10hrs.
Already tasts real good. 8)
Need to think outside of the box sometimes. :lol:

The heart and liver are my favorite parts. Chili is for the less desirable meat, not the choicest meat.

The turkey is outside in the roaster - 43 degrees tonight - no room in the fridge but there will be tomorrow.

You know seriously, every time I gut a deer, I think about the waste. I love liver in particular and they have about 3 pounds of it...
