Yes, makes sense to me too.
Why go to the trouble of training people to use a tool when its so much easier to remove the tool.
Now if they could just remove all those tools sitting on the bench in their parliament they might actually get somewhere. :lol:

I suppose that's why our government wont allow us to have handguns, in case we might shoot ourselves whilst waiting for the police to arrive! :evil:
