Interesting that he was in ‘apparent good health ‘ and had just returned from Ukraine…
Also interesting that supposedly they were on the verge of somehow passing the SAVE act..
I hope Trump hasn’t been in the same room with him because I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he is radioactive or infective, although I think these days they just use undetectable poisons.

Re: Lindsey Graham Dead
Lindsey was one of my senators. It appears that it was CVD, but it is awfully strange that it happened so suddenly after his trip to Ukraine... and Iran adding him to their "death list". I would be more worried about Russia. Their favorite way of dealing with individuals they don't like is to poison them.

Dissecting aortic aneurysms are certainly deadly and can be surprised as, but generally you can see a patient is at risk for them with a simple chest x-ray or other chest or abdominal imaging, which would then be followed up with more definitive studies. I don't know, but I thought the high level political people were required to have a new physical switch at his age would certainly have plain x-ray imaging at the least, and probably more sophisticated screening for aneurysms. Even with the times he has seem to have seizures or other odd episodes, a basic hospital evaluation would include studies that would detect aneurysms.
The atherosclerotic calcification that would almost always be there many months or even years before a patient would be at risk for a dissection, so they are typically only a surprise when there is a situation where there is a patient who has not really had any health care evaluation or imaging for many years.
When an aneurysm "dissects", that means instead of bulging to the point of rupture, what happens instead is the lining of the artery which is delicate rather than tough like the outer part of the tubing, peels away on the inside and flips across to the opposite side causing a sudden obstruction. The blood flow to any organ downstream, which is at a minimum going to be the legs if the vessel is the aorta, but often will include the kidneys if the dissection is a little higher, and the GI tract if it's higher yet, and then the entire body if it's in the aorta, so it can go from crippling to deadly depending on the site. It is always considered an immediate and life-threatening emergency because no matter where it is it's going to put a huge and sudden strain on a typically aging and ailing heart.
If that's truly the cause of death it might not be something in nefarious individual or organization could specifically cause, although it's hard to say. Of course doctors and coroners can be bribed or threatened so who knows.
On the other hand, it is still a bit difficult to believe that and aneurysm would be present and get to the point of dissection without ample warning. Now because most of the time the monitoring is easy to see if things are deteriorating, but the treatment to prevent the dissection would require major surgery that would be hard to conceal from the public, perhaps they did know he was at risk and the idea was just to treat him by keeping his blood pressure well controlled and counting on luck. That's done sometimes because preemptive repair of an aorta is not the kind of thing that's without risk, nor does it probably work all that well either.
Of course I am answering these questions as a primary care physician, not a vascular surgeon. They would know far more than I do, and may give answers that would be significantly different from mine.

Do you think your Governor has the balls to appoint somebody with balls? Who do you think is the likely temporary replacement...????
