Bullet Mold Screw Loose

I have a Saeco 44 bullet mold and the screw is loose. What is best to hold it in place? Is temp too high for LocTite blue or red?

Drill a hole into the screw plate threaded hole ... thread the hole and put in a lock screw. File a flat on the plate screw and it will not come loose.
