Sanctuary areas ( democrat )welcome them knowing that the swelling population would be counted , giving those areas more representation in congress , there by taking representation away from non sanctuary areas (republican ).

It's bad enough the Dems are that dishonest and evil, but somehow feels even WORSE that the RINO party seems to think it is just fine - they have made a few token-efforts to reform elections, but NOTHING WITH TEETH.

My opinion is that only citizens should be counted. I do mean citizen in the sense of what Constitutional Law says.
