this has been making the rounds the last few days, from Charlotte NC. Man stabs her 3 times in the neck, then walks around muttering "got that white girl"

And no one lifted a finger to help her for minutes. 
This is why I don't go to Charlotte at night, won't spend money there day or night, and generally avoid the craphole like the plague - as I do with most cities. I am not going to patronize a city that puts criminals before innocent residents and visitors. When I have to go there, I aways carry.
