That's incredible......for a destroyer to kill 6 subs in that short time ! They must have worked real hard to unrep to restock their ASW weapons.

The Brits were pretty motivated to come up with weapons to combat U boats. If you think about it, for a country essentially under siege they came up with some good stuff. Not the least of which was the Merlin engine.
