My friend is looking for an estate attorney in Albuquerque. They are concerned that they are being hornswoggled by the co-executor.
Any suggestions guys?

Re: Estate attorney in Albuquerque?
Tycer,
I wish I could help, but if AZ is like Ohio, it goes by county of residence.
I've started a trust for my Ex wife's oldest. He will not only get my estate, but what I get from my dad.
Quentin is a special guy but has disabilities. He won't know what to do with rental properties and most of my firearms. He has a couple
favorites, but it would be too easy for someone to take advantage of.
My oldest surviving friend that is the most honest person I've ever known and already has his millions will be the executor and another good friend will sell off the collection to go into to the trust.
Anything Quint needs will be taken care of for the rest of his days.
This is mainly being done to keep his mother and little brother from getting anything from me after the way I have been treated by that family!
I've never been one to forgive easily.
Best of luck with finding a good attorney!
Jason

Have them call the county bar association for referral -- https://lawaccess.org/node/189/albuquer ... al-service

I can call a friend at Albuquerque PD in New Mexico and ask him. He is working on his law degree and, due to work, knows too many lawyers. If you wish.
