I never have changed mine. I just make note that 'everybody does stuff earlier in the summer'.
When I was a kid most businesses just had 'summer hours' if they wanted to adjust things, and it worked fine. No reason to pretend that the sun is somewhere it isn't, or to change the definition of 'noon'.

Having grown up in Indiana, I never changed my clocks either. Quite the shock when I moved to Michigan for work. I detest the "spring forward" and losing an hour of sleep. Gets harder each year. I do like the extra hour of sunlight in the evening though.
