I accidentally made some overpressure rounds from WC852(F) from Bartlett, which I acquired years ago.
I made what I thought were just below max rounds, and WHOA? Felt like a cannon in my shoulder.
Brass stuck in chamber, TRIGGER LOCKED UP????
I'm a fairly handy guy. Any idea how to unstuck the trigger?

I am not sure what position that your trigger is stuck in. But I would start by removing the stock and taking out the hammer and trigger springs. You did not say if your action would open.

I had a similar situation with my Miroku 1895 in .405. I ran a solid brass rod down the barrel and rapped on it with a hammer while simultaneously holding firm pressure to open the lever. It worked well, the action popped open and I retrieved a case that had a blown primer. The rifle was completely unharmed.

I must have been rattled at the range. I got the hammer to drop easily at home.pcmacd wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2025 6:24 pm I accidentally made some overpressure rounds from WC852(F) from Bartlett, which I acquired years ago.

Glad it was a takedown, as with the case stuck in the barrel it would have been difficult to remove the live rounds!

Have you tried "mortaring" it? Barrel down on a oiece of rubber or a piece of wood covered with a towel. Bump down while pushing the lever. Go slow
