Buttstock Winchester 92 and POI

Post by Carlsen Highway »

Guys, does taking the butt stock off a Winchester 92 (carbine) and then putting it on again, change the point of impact? The same was it does when you take the stock off a bolt action?

I have taken the butt stock off one so rarely I dont recall ever noticing if it did or not.

Only way I could see is if you had a tang peep sight and under or overtightened screw.
