I bought my RCBS Hand Priming Tool a long time ago ... sometime back in the 1990's. I have primed untold thousands of rifle and pistol cartridges. This last week the Large Primer Feed broke.
I sent RCBS an email about it this morning, listing the part number from their online catalog and letting them know I wanted to buy a replacement. An hour later I received an email from RCBS saying they were mailing the part and there would be no charge.
I thanked them for their help and for the part and let them know that I appreciated their company. I have been using RCBS stuff for many years ... probably more than 50 ... and they have always been very helpful and their customer service has always been amazing.

Bought my first press, an RCBS Junior, and my first set of RCBS dies in .30-30, as a junior in high school in Arcata, California, in 1970. Good stuff!

Love hearing about companies who value their customers - and more so when it is any company in the gun industry.

I dropped my RCBS Uniflow powder measure and cracked the hopper. I called them (probably pre-email days) to order a new hopper. They would not let me pay for it even after I explained it was my fault.
