358 rebore?
I have a BLR stainless/Mossy Oak brush. Its a 308. It wears a Leupold 2.5-8x36 and is a great gun. I have the itch for something different and have heard good things about JES reboring. I think a .358 would be a cool gun. As would a .338 federal. Any experience with JES?

I'm thinking you lucked out. Was in a gun shop looking at bolt action 22 mags. They had 3 Remlins. 2 had crooked sights and the third had an action that felt like it had gravel in it and was very difficult to close. Ended up buying a Ruger 77/22 stainless/synthetic in 22 wmr.

Federal still makes several versions of their Gold Medal target load with paper hulls. I buy a flat now and then when I want to hunt birds with my Beretta sxs 12 ga. Just something about a double and paper shells.

Not much in the way of recoil at all. Had plugs AND muffs on so wasnt too loud either. Im sure that I will feel differently when I drop the hammer on a coyote or deer when I dont have ears on.

The same thing happened to me when I used to use Internet Explorer. After switching to Chrome, the issue went away. Chrome seems a lot faster as well.

Trade it in for an O/U. Obviously the barrels are on sideways. I have the same problem. Average 24.5 on skeet with O/U but with SxS its a whole different game. Have tried to figure it out a bunch of times. Save yourself the aggravation and get an O/U.

Why bother. Have killed a ton of geese with 3" over the years. Recently have been shooting Federal Black Cloud 3" #3 shot and have been killing geese at 50 yds. Save your money and go shoot more skeet!
