Back surgery went well, hemilamenectomy , L5 , I’ m sore at the incision , but other wise good to go .
Not on any pain meds , sleep is not good , usually sleep on my back , very happy so far , couple days for muscles to recoup.
Everybody has different issues , mine wasn’t to bad.

Rehabbing from shoulder surgery , getting back surgery this Thursday , hunting is out this year , next year will be better.

What color and size do you guys run ? , I want to put one on a mark III .22 lr, this will my first dot sight.
Probably will shoot 50 yds and less , may shoot in plate matches with my son-in-law.

I have a Hornady lnl single stage press , I usually wipe it down with a paper towel lightly oiled after I’m done , how ever now it is binding slightly , I’m wondering if a little red grease would be better ? What do you guys recommend ?

Think I’m done with lead bullets with this revolver , the fouling on the crane inside the cylinder is excessive , and needs cleaning every outing.

Got it apart with a little tapping with a hammer

Also took a small file ( both round and flat ) to deburr the casting around the plunger opening .
Hope next time is easier..

Pretty darn clean actually , plunger goes in , but for the life of me , trigger assembly won’t budge.

I have a sp in 327 fed I’m having trouble with.
I’ve taken it apart before , no problemo.
This time , trying to remove the trigger assembly , push the plunger in and no luck , assembly will not budge.
I appreciate any help , thanks.

I used to get leg cramps all the time , started eating a banana at breakfast , but I also started eating more salt ( coarse pink salt ) during the day.
Exercise is keeping my BP in check , I thought avoiding salt was healthy , I think that wasn’t quite right, in moderation it’s good for me .
