My local toy shop owner has authorisation to buy prohibited weapons mainly for deactivation, he asked me if he could try a few guns out at my place, I had a ball untill the landlord informed me the villagers were panicking thinking war had broken out... :lol:

The only sub machine gun I have fired was a SA61 Scorpion, it caused a minor S storm in the village,, folks wanted to know what was happening in the woods.. :lol:

The story I have heard is that the lever action .22 Erma and designed by Louis Imperato, father of Anthony (of Henry Arms) Louis Imperato, after Erma went bust he bought the rights and that's how Henry repeating arms came to be.

Bill, in the UK that would be classed as a disguised weapon and is required to be on a section 5 licence, much more difficult to get than a FAC which would mean jumping through hoops from now till next Christmas with no guarantee of success..... :cry:

My first leveraction was a Erma .22lr it was reliable and a accurate little rifle and served me well when I was gamekeeping. I would have no hesitation in buying a Henry H001.
