back from back surgery, went well

a bit stiff and sore, but considering it wasw only done yesterday around noon, not bad at all.
at home, but up and around a fair amount
thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, my legs already doing much better!!

Heal well. Listen to your doc. Take it easy and don't push it. Nothing worse than a sore back.
Happiness is a comfortable stump on a sunny south facing mountain.

I'm sure you will be doing some rehab. Do it right and all of it. It really helped my wife and I when we had surgery. Good luck and God Bless.

Glad to hear that you're doing well. I'm waiting to get two of my discs operated on - probably a double-fusion..
Politicians and diapers both require frequent changing for the EXACT same reason!

Good to hear you're on the road to recovery, make sure you take it easy, and listen to the Docs, best wishes on a quick and full recovery.
I FINALLY got approval for my 3rd surgery which is scheduled for late October, more invasive than the last 2 with new technology and techniques, hopefully 3's a charm, not 3 strikes and you're out.

thanks to all for thoughts and prayers, and Ji prayers are with you, i want to see you out hunting and fishing and able to hold a good paying job; back trouble is one of the most disabling things imaginable, those who haven't had it can not imagine how it limits you.
