I purchased the (Guide Gear Laser Boresighter) from The Sportsman Guide and they are not to bad. I purchased for my .308 and .300 Win Mag. The .300 win mag laser also worked for my 45-70 guide gun. At 50 yards I was only off 3" when the first shot was fired on the 45-70. The other rifles were about 1-2". off at 50 Yards.

I'm going to say "no", even though I'm not 100% what you mean. :D

I have one and use it constantly (RO'ing public shooting range).
They don't sight your gun in.
They're made for two purposes:
1. Getting you on paper and near center when first sighting in.

2. And after you are sighted in (the normal way) you can use the sight in card to make note of the laser/card in relation to your new proper zero. At a later time you can use it to double check that your sight adjustments haven't moved a great deal.

I've used the 150 model (the green one - but still has the red laser) a bunch of times. We have been right on target the majority of the time. The best was literally dead on. The worst was 6 inches high and two inches left. It saves ammo and is a good reference to make sure a scope is still on. The leveling feature helps if you're putting a scope in rings for the first time.

I use one and they work great. I suggest you look at the green laser model. I had the red and I took it back and went with the green. It shows up in daylight and makes sighting much easier. I would not however use one to change my sight settings in the field. They will save a lot of shots to get you on paper and then if you mark a target to show the deviation from crosshair to laser spot you can use them to verify your scope is still on at a later date. If you want to change the sights however your best bet is still doing it at the range and shooting to determine how precise your adjustments are. Then you will know when the time comes in the field. You can reduce the number of shots needed, but you can never replace actually pulling the trigger to get a rifle sighted in.

So after sighting in at multiple zeros with different ammo, and documenting it on the cards, I could use the cards to set the scope to the different ammo? Or if I've sighted in at 100 yds on one card and 300 yds on another, I could use the proper card to make adjustments?

IOW, the thing is repeatable?
