Vance handled it well - way more diplomatically than I would have.
I liked the way Vance kept prefacing his answers with some variant of "I grew up in a middle-class family..." - that will have to be acknowledged one way or another - either as a legitimate historical and biographical fact, or if they want to 'challenge' it as somehow disingenuous or unnecessary - then it clearly invites the SAME allegations as when Harris says it over and over (and over and over and over and over).
