The base lawsuit was only filed August 13, 2024, against the Executive Order imposed in March of 2021.

Nothing will happen that would reduce the Dems influence on the 2024 election.

Of course the Dems just ignore laws and verdicts they don't like anyway - they resumed student loan payoffs despite the courts ruling them illegal.

It is truly handicapping for the Republicans that they are playing a game where the other side simply ignores the rules and makes up their own as they go along.
