That they're are all kinds of ammo sales web sights that seem to always have hard to find ammo at reasonable prices?

Most of these places I've never heard of ,always in stock .
Just do a search of any obsolete ammo you'll see.

Assuming these are all fake scam sites.

I think you are correct, and it isn't just ammo. Ebay is rife with car parts scams, and amazone has TONS of KRAP listed . . .

I always check when I see a deal too good to be true, and thus far, it always has been.

Just about all of these sites have made up feedback and everybody legit looking. Be safe out there. Too good to be true as always it probably is.
