Two new to me Lever Guns
A local deputy called and asked me for help (requiring a tractor) digging a hole for his septic system. While there he told me of a retired Trooper who had died of cancer and his wife wanted to get rid of all his firearms. I finished the hole and made arrangements to see the collection the following day. Of the 20+ firearms, these were the two I collected and a few hundred rounds of ammo in 30-30 and 45-70. The Marlin is a Remlin that was fired three times with a 3x9 scope and the Winchester is a 94AE 16-inch Trapper built under FN that has never been fired.

20+?
That's an "arsenal" to the MSM.
Maybe a "collection" to most... outside of this forum.
A start for many people here!
Good find. Sorry for the widow and her loss.
