Mic McPhearson

Post by ANDYLARSSON »

Had an email from Mic the other day.

Always enjoy yapping with him. Lots of details and fun in the conversations.

Check out his website on Ballistics at:

https://superiorballistics.com/

and the book section:

Sheila and I are looking forward to seeing him at the Shootist Holiday in June!

Spent time on the phone with him today. Next best thing to face-to-face ...

I was planning to arrange some basic tune up work on my 30-30 CB with Mic, about when he was stepping back from smithing leverguns. Sorry I mis-timed this....
I enjoy several of his books though.

Anyone have the book ordering info? The site appears to be down. I need to order the color hardcovers of some of his stuff. I have the hardcover of Metallic Handloading and it's one of my favorite books on loading.
... I love poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick.

I ended up sending Mic a check for some of his color hardbound versions instead of using Amazon. I figure I'd rather he got it all instead of just getting a fraction from Amazon. His site is down now but if anyone wants to get any of the books directly from him, you can use the link below to see an archived copy of his books page. It's slow to load but that's just because it's stored in the archive on the WayBackMachine.
