Need Info on Muzzleloading Forum

Post by Griff »

I recently joined the Muzzleloading Forum. Went to go there this evening and received the message that I've been banned for "Spam"... I don't know that I've even posted anything beyond asking another member about info in a post he made. There's a message that if this was in error to contact the Administrator. But... all features on the forum have been disabled. I can't figure out how to contact the Administrator. Maybe I shouldn't care if this is how they operate.

If the forum has been hit by several spammers like this one has it maybe a moderator cancelled your account by accident, I was at one time deleting over twenty spammers a day.
Other than sign on again with a different name I don't know how you can contact anyone.
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

I ve read where scammers have blocked a person somehow so they can take over their account to scam people.I don t know if this is the case but it would not surprise me

Griff, are you talking about muzzleloadingforum.com? I've been on there for 19 years, thousands of posts. Tell me what your sign-on is and I can ask an admin for a second look.

They are pretty fair to be honest.
Tell them you know Britsmoothie on there👍🏻

By way of a sidenote I got banned at registration to a night vision and thermal forum, I'd been (wrongly) identified as a spammer!

Griff, here's the message I just got from Meriwether, one of the admins:

"I've lifted his ban and let the mods know. You can tell him he can login."
