Schofield Rig

Post by Rube Burrows »

I know it's not a lever gun but hopefully no one won't mind.

Decided it was time to make a new Schofield rig.

Decided to do a money belt with these holsters.

Thank you. I wanted something that had some embelishment to it but still rather plain and classic looking.

Nice work! Luv my Schofield too.

Which reminds me -- I need to shoot it more, and watch the remake of "3:10 to Yuma" and replay the scene where the bad guy speed loads his Schofields. If I recall, he carried two of 'em.

That's really nice.
I've never owned or shot a Schofield, but always thought they were really neat.

Thanks ya'll.

Yeah, shooting the Schofield is def. different than the Colt style. I still prefer the Colt style revolvers but the Schofields are fun to shoot now and then and they are pretty to look at too.

So, this brings up a question. I'd love to get into holster making one day. How does one get started?
