Sadly, the government of this state thinks that the U S Constitution doesn’t apply to them. They’ve already said they’ll fight the ruling if only to delay the inevitable. Instead of allowing time to appeal before the ruling these things should take effect immediately. They don’t have any legal grounds to contest the ruling the delay just gives them more time to abuse thecitizrns rights.

As a lifelong resident of behind enemy lines in rural NYS in happy to hear some good news for Californians. I know all to well what it's like to have our rights shredded before our eyes. Keep the faith!

There is so much wrong with Commiefornia that I'm afraid they'll just ignore the Constitution and proceed on with their radical reworking of what once was a beautiful state. I lived there from 1956 to 1980 and watched it decline from the 'Golden State' to a mere shell of it's former self. However, little did I know when I escaped with my family in 1980 that the days before we escaped would be seen as "the good ole days" today.

Good news for you. I hope it doesn't get overturned. Good luck!
