Since they have decided that citizens are inferior to police, clearly police are more skilled with firearms. Limit cops that support this to 10-rounds, judges who let the violent criminals off to 5 rounds, and politicians who pass these laws to single-shot 22's.
Then they should limit the magazine size for cops, too...
