There are so many good ones it's hard to pick a favorite. The bears lost in the city with "Well, we're lost. It's only a matter of time before someone shoots us" still makes me laugh and I get a lot of use out of The School for the Mechanically Declined at work.

It’s not meant to be laughed at….intelligent people have no common sense………and anymore, not much anyone has it. I’d go as far to say the only people in the world who has common sense is me and Jim T.

Along the same lines, I had a supervisor who used to say "you and me are the only sane ones in this whole outfit". Problem was, he wasn't sane at all (I'll refrain from providing examples), don't know what it says about me...

Watch out for the guy that pulls on the push door for ten minutes then goes and calls the store owner and tells him to unlock the door so he can get in.

There is some truth to that cartoon. I worked at a research foundation for two summers while I was in college. I worked with an electrical engineer, my dad said you could always tell when his wife went to visit her sister. He would wear plaids and stripes together. My favorite memory was when he wore brown shoes. They didn't match, not even close.

So, I'm standing post at church today. Guy comes in, passes the Men's room door, goes to the elevator door, and starts pushing. Door won't open, so he pushes harder. Still won't open, so he steps back and I'm afraid he's going to kick the door, so I cough, do the "ahem", and point to the door he just passed.
