Has anyone bought one of the new steel rifles ? If so, how well do they shoot ?
I handled one of the new .357 not long ago and it felt very good and sighted real good also. They run about 7 lbs, but balance nicely with the 20" barrel. Not sure if I like loading down the tubular magazine like a 22, but otherwise it seems like a nice lever gun....and made about an hour north of me.

Re: Henry Big Boy Steel lever guns
Shot a .44 Mag steel Henry couple weeks back, 100-yard accuracy was running around a 4-inch average, which I think could have been better without that blasted white diamond that always makes it hard for me to tell exactly where the brass bead is in the rear notch.
Had several groups with a tight 4 holes followed by a flyer that opened 'em up at least an inch.
No malfunctions.

I like the build quality.
Still have no use for a front loader, thus will not be buying one.
