Really nice looking pair, good design and a nice usable size.

I like the blood wood knife. Kinda reminds me of a Barlow. Do you use the same stainless for the back springs also. I never fooled with stainless and know next to nothing about their properties. I always use 1084 for my blades and springs. But my blades are 18th century styles and stainless wouldn't work well in that crowd.

Hondo , yes the springs are made from the same steel. If I plan to heat treat one myself I will use carbon steel . Stainless is not very forgiving when the time and temp of heat treat are not followed real close. I don't have a heat treat furnished so I send them out to the pros.
Thanks for the compliments guys.

Re: A couple more Folding Knives finished. Pictures.
Thanks for the compliments fellers. I have a couple of lock backs that I have worked out the patterns for but first I should make a couple sheaths for the two Bowies I made and one drop point skinner I made for a friend. I am also working on a wild figured pair of grips for the Ruger SBH .454. I don't know how I ever got anything done when I was working for a living.

That's why I carry a $4 chinee knife.
