The 9 lb dachshund alerted me to this little feller. I was in the shop with the Bridgeport running (which is why the magnifiers are on my head). It was pretty noisy but she has a special bark when something is really wrong and she wants me to come NOW! The pistola is a model 57 in 41 mag.

Nice headshot :D !My beagle has a unique sounding bay when a copperhead shows up.(He's been bite twice-now he stands back and soundsoff until the Calvary arrives).

sounds like a perfect duo, dog and owner teaming up. My beagle lets me know when there are bunnies out back. We have teamed up many times in success. Well done.

Well you use "Enough Gun.
Good dog you got there.

Of course being a machinist I'm more interested in what your working on.

I was modifying spark plugs for a local inventor who is trying to get someone interested in a more efficient design. I've probably made 200 for him over the past few years - the short description is that I build up the tip and make some mods so it will fire in a radial pattern. I am the quality manager of a production machine shop by day then do machining and ornamental ironwork on evenings and weekends (4 hours of sleep a night is plenty!).

Here's a pic of the vicious canines - Momma dog is in the front and "Snake Eye" (her real name is Cricket) is in the back. Nothing rabbit sized or smaller is safe around them.

That sounds interesting. For cars and trucks, small engine?

Both - the current set I'm working on is for 2-stroke engines. He just tested some in racing bikes but most have been for passenger vehicles.

Back in 1972-73 Kawasaki came out with a spark plug that just had a center electrode for their dirt bikes, not sure if it is still in use today or not.
